You are probably reading this post thinking I don’t want depression for life. It is depressing when activities continuously fail. You feel like you are in a downward spiral to permanent emotional turmoil. It might feel this way,please accept you are not doomed to struggle for the rest of your life.
You may doubt yourself for a moment but don’t live in doubt. You are unique. What do you love about yourself?
Disappointment often leaves us having negative thoughts about ourselves. Don’t let disappointment influence your heart and ability to dream. This posts implores you to never stop believing in yourself despite disappointment.
What you accept as true determines your attitude. If you believe, it’s true, you’re meant to live in turmoil hopelessness will take over your mood. Hopelessness is an attitude and a result of disappointment. You develop a bleak outlook because bad things always happen to you.

Do you reinforce negative self beliefs? If so, start thinking better thoughts, because you are one of a kind. There’s no one that can replace who you are.
When you begin to see yourself flourishing, it paves the way for you to live it. Wellness is within your reach. Living dejected is not your desired way of life when you can have joy.

Having a dream with an unwavering belief you can attain it gives hope, because sometimes living in reality sucks. Reality has led you to accept your emotional wellness is impractical.
Dreams give you something to work towards. It helps you overcome your struggles. When disappointments come redefine your dream. Don’t stop living with hope to flourish.
Depression is a terrible disease and not something to glorify therefore don’t use it as an excuse to live in despair. Strive for a better mindset and a healthy state of mind.
Out of disappointment can arise a renewed hope for your life. You don’t have to live with emotional emptiness.
Hurt can subdue. Suffering passes. And love can spring from your heart.
Is comfort your desire?
Is abundance your need?
Is connection your wish?
Don’t let discouragement keep you from getting what is necessary for your wellness.
Disliking yourself allows depression to have a hold over you. Emotional turmoil and struggle is what you must escape.
So love who you are. Believe in yourself. And thrive with joy.
